DAY 02: ARRIVAL HO CHI MINH - CU CHI TUNNELS - CITY TOUR

Enjoy breath-taking panoramic views of Da Nang City and visit the renowned Linh Ung Pagoda, home to the magnificent Lady Buddha statue. Later, continue with a Da Nang city tour, covering the city's iconic four bridges - Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, Thuan Phuoc Bridge, and Tran Thi Ly Bridge.

DAY 05: DANANG - BANA HILLS - DANANG

Located 30km west of Da Nang at an altitude of 1,487m above sea level, Ba Na Hills is considered to be the "green lung" of Central Vietnam, the pearl of climate of Vietnam.
  • Depart to Ba Na Hills. 9:00: Arrive at the cable car station Suoi Mo, up the cable car route that achieves 4 world records. Freedom check-in the 150-meter long "Golden Bridge" supported by the huge hands. Visit the Le Jardin, Debay Wine Cellar of French. Visit the Linh Ung pagoda, and admire the 27m high Buddha statue, Loc Uyen Garden, Quan Am Cac. Continue to Gare Debay and use the second cable car route to go to the top of Ba Na. Later, continue to Cam Thanh Coconut Forest and enjoy a unique basket boat (coracle) ride through the lush water coconut groves, offering insights into local village life and then proceed for Lunch at India Restaurant.
  • In the evening, proceed to Hoi An Ancient Town for a guided walking tour, visiting the Japanese Covered Bridge, ancient merchant houses, assembly halls, and local markets. • It is highly recommended that the Traveller acquire adequate insurance cover to secure their life, health and property as may be advised by your insurance agent to cover any eventualities associated with your overseas travel including health, accidental injury, loss, liability and the like depending on your assessment of your risk potential. Insurance if any, included in the tour price may be the standard travel care insurance policy provided by a third party insurance service provider and the scope of the cover may be limited in nature, the details of which shall be provided to you at the time of confirmation of your booking. The Travellers are advised to discuss your insurance needs directly with your insurance agent before proceeding on the tour and at your own cost procure any additional cover as may be advised. Please note, Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation, please read the terms and conditions of the insurance document carefully before finalizing your desired insurance cover.
• Please note that the Traveller would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the Company is only a facilitator. Traveller shall therefore check the accuracy and correctness of the insurance policy and in case of any error or lapse report the same to the Insurer directly and get the same rectified by them, as the Company would not be responsible for the same.
• Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
• All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. No change is permissible once tour is Started.
• This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned Passengers.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
• There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour.
• In case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels / Tour Guide.
• For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
• On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager Reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
• The above cost is valid for a minimum of two people travelling together.
• 2.5% bank charges would be levied on all payments made by credit card.
• Rates are not valid during the festivals, fairs, special events, Higher Rates will apply peak period, blackout dates, Carnival etc.
• Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
• Refund Policy - No refund if any lockdown and emergencies arise due to Pandemic or any other reason beyond our control. Flight rescheduling charges will be extra payable for future scheduled travel date.
• The Traveler(s) cannot claim Refund if he/ she does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc. due to any reason whatsoever.
• Service and other taxes mentioned above are as per prevailing rates from Govt of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.
• In case of any Flight Cancellation Before Departure/ No Show / Delay / which are beyond to the control of Goldenagers.in or any other changes effected by the Airlines same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part only and Refund of Flight Part will depend upon receipt of refund from Airline & Goldenagers.in does not have any liability for same.

• We do not have any control on those arrangements and food menu of enroute restaurants.
• Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days therefore we reserve right to change the itinerary, however we will make sure everything is covered in best possible way.

• Declaration & undertaking for TCS will be required for spend on foreign exchange for eligibility for TCS on foreign tour packages as per the LRS Acts.Additional TCS maybe collected as per slab for spend on foreign exchange is beyond prescribed by the Reserve bank of India for the said purpose during financial year.
• For Solo/Single Traveler - If we are unable to find your room-partner / companion then you can avail package with single occupancy charges or get full refund.
• Travel insurance with coverage up to 50000 USD up to the age of 69 years.
• For age 69 years and above, supplement insurance charges to be paid extra.
• Our insurance does not cover pre-existing disease therefore if you want to cover pre-existing disease then contact our travel sales person for extra charges.

• If a guest is denied boarding by the airline/service provider or is unable to board the flight/bus/train for any reason whatsoever. In such cases there will be NO REFUND for any unutilized services of tour package.
• If immigration authorities of India or any country deny entry/exit clearance to a guest for any reason whatsoever No refund or compensation will be provided for any part of the tour not utilized due to such denial. Guest will also bear any additional costs arising from such denial, including return travel, stay, or penalties, if any.
