Day 03: Fly to Danang - Coconut Jungle - Hoi An Ancient Town

  • After lunch, we transfer to visit Cam Thanh water coconut village. We will receive a briefing about the daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, their families and their community before we board on boat and enjoy cruising on the Cua Dai River. We then join the local fisherman on the river as we try your hand at casting a net, learn how to paddle the Vietnamese unique bamboo basket boat and explore the now tranquil coconut palm flanking the waterways.

Cruise will take you on an 5 hours journey via day cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Fighting Chicken, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat.
  • Arrive Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, the go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. As the Vietnam is a new destination for Indians so there are very few Indian restaurants, so we have selected the good Indian restaurant based on food quality and there is fixed limited menu. Please do not keep your expectation very high.

The rate of exchange (ROE) taken for computing the above price is Rs. 96 to a USD. In the event of an increase in the ROE, the prices defined may change & guest will have to pay the increment amount.

• It is highly recommended that the Traveller acquire adequate insurance cover to secure their life, health and property as may be advised by your insurance agent to cover any eventualities associated with your overseas travel including health, accidental injury, loss, liability and the like depending on your assessment of your risk potential. Insurance if any, included in the tour price may be the standard travel care insurance policy provided by a third party insurance service provider and the scope of the cover may be limited in nature, the details of which shall be provided to you at the time of confirmation of your booking. The Travellers are advised to discuss your insurance needs directly with your insurance agent before proceeding on the tour and at your own cost procure any additional cover as may be advised. Please note, Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation, please read the terms and conditions of the insurance document carefully before finalizing your desired insurance cover.
• Please note that the Traveller would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the Company is only a facilitator. Traveller shall therefore check the accuracy and correctness of the insurance policy and in case of any error or lapse report the same to the Insurer directly and get the same rectified by them, as the Company would not be responsible for the same.
• Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
• All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. No change is permissible once tour is Started.
• This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned Passengers.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
• There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour.
• In case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels / Tour Guide.
• For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
• On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager Reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
• The above cost is valid for a minimum of two people travelling together.
• 2.5% bank charges would be levied on all payments made by credit card.
• Rates are not valid during the festivals, fairs, special events, Higher Rates will apply peak period, blackout dates, Carnival etc.
• Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
• Refund Policy - No refund if any lockdown and emergencies arise due to Pandemic or any other reason beyond our control. Flight rescheduling charges will be extra payable for future scheduled travel date.
• The Traveler(s) cannot claim Refund if he/ she does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc. due to any reason whatsoever.
• Service and other taxes mentioned above are as per prevailing rates from Govt of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.
• In case of any Flight Cancellation Before Departure/ No Show / Delay / which are beyond to the control of Goldenagers.in or any other changes effected by the Airlines same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part only and Refund of Flight Part will depend upon receipt of refund from Airline & Goldenagers.in does not have any liability for same.
• Fully Vaccinated or negative RT- PCR report is mandate for all the travellers as per state government guidelines.

• Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days therefore we reserve right to change the itinerary, however we will make sure everything is covered in best possible way.

• Declaration & undertaking for TCS will be required for spend on foreign exchange for eligibility for TCS on foreign tour packages as per the LRS Acts.Additional TCS maybe collected as per slab for spend on foreign exchange is beyond prescribed by the Reserve bank of India for the said purpose during financial year.
• For Solo/Single Traveler - If we are unable to find your room-partner / companion then you can avail package with single occupancy charges or get full refund.
• Travel insurance with coverage up to 50000 USD up to the age of 69 years.
• For age 69 years and above, supplement insurance charges to be paid extra.
• Our insurance does not cover pre-existing disease therefore if you want to cover pre-existing disease then contact our travel sales person for extra charges.
• Aadhar and PAN must be linked to avail insurance & TCS.
• If a guest is denied boarding by the airline/service provider or is unable to board the flight/bus/train for any reason whatsoever. In such cases there will be NO REFUND for any unutilized services of tour package.
• If immigration authorities of India or any country deny entry/exit clearance to a guest for any reason whatsoever No refund or compensation will be provided for any part of the tour not utilized due to such denial. Guest will also bear any additional costs arising from such denial, including return travel, stay, or penalties, if any.
• Flight Schedule, hotel & Itinerary Changes: All flight details, hotels, timings, date and airlines informed directly or mentioned in the itinerary are indicative and subject to change. Due to airline operational requirements, schedule changes or internal operational reasons etc, the flight, airline,hotel, date, or time may be revised. In such cases, the closest available alternative will be provided.
• Regarding any insurance claim, Client has to coordinate directly with the insurance service provider, Approval/Rejection of a claim is as per the insurance provider and Golden Agers doesn’t have any hold on the same as we can only facilitate in connecting both the parties.
