We are looking for a dynamic Travel & Operations Executive / Travel Consultant / Tour Manager who is ready to step out of the office and into the world. At Golden Agers (a flagship brand of Indiafly Golden Tours Pvt. Ltd.) we specialize in "Meaningful Travel" for Golden Age .

You won’t just be booking tickets; you’ll be the architect of lifelong memories - from crafting the perfect itinerary as a Travel Consultant to personally leading and accompanying our guest groups as a Tour Manager to exotic destinations worldwide.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Consult & Create: Curate bespoke, senior-friendly itineraries that balance comfort with exploration.
End-to-End Execution: Manage the full travel lifecycle, including flight logistics, hotel partnerships, and visa coordination.
On-Ground Leadership: Accompany groups on domestic and international tours, ensuring our "Golden Agers" feel safe, respected, and entertained.
Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company, building deep trust with travelers and their families.
Market Growth: Use your destination knowledge to suggest new, untapped locations for our community.

Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Knowledge of VISA documentation.

Help Plan Trips, Create Itinerary To Domestic Or International Destinations, Tours, Accommodation, Transport.
Knowledge Of Domestic & International Package & Itinerary Is Must.
Traveling To Domestic & International Destinations Along With Group Of Fixed Departure As Tour Cordinator/ Leader Will Also Be Part Of Profile For Which Tour Allowances Will Be Extra & Opportunity To Explore The World.

Handling Domestic And Fixed Departure Group Tour Sales.
Following Up With Customers For The Tour Booking.
Explaining Customer For Group Tour Itinerary.
Coordinating With Booking Formalities after Customer Tour Confirmation.
Optionally Willing To Travel Domestic & International with The Group as supporting Tour Coordinator if required.
