Day 1: Delhi - Chandigarh by Train | Shimla-Naldehra (124KM - 3 Hrs)

It is also a famous honeymoon destination, with plenty of scenic beauty and serene atmosphere to enjoy. Enroute visit Pinjore Gardens, which are beautiful Mughal style gardens, located in the Panchkula district. Upon arrival at Shimla evening at leisure or short walk on the nearby market (optional), check-in at the hotel.

Day 2: Shimla Local

However, we kindly request your cooperation with the Tour Manager in case of traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances that may require changes to the schedule for the safety and comfort of the group.

• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned Passengers.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
• There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour.
• In case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels / Tour Guide.
• For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
• On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager Reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
• The above cost is valid for a minimum of two people travelling together.
• 2.5% bank charges would be levied on all payments made by credit card.
• Rates are not valid during the festivals, fairs, special events, Higher Rates will apply peak period, blackout dates, Carnival etc.
• Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
• Service and other taxes mentioned above are as per prevailing rates from Govt of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.
• Fully Vaccinated or negative RT- PCR report is mandate for all the travellers as per state government guidelines
• For Solo/Single Traveler - If we are unable to find your room-partner / companion then you can avail package with single occupancy charges or get full refund.
• We will try to operate tours as published. However, if bookings for group size is less to form a group ,We will notify you few days in advance in case of non-operation of a particular departure.We will accomodate in another tour or else try to accommodate in the next departure.We will offer Full refund if neither option suits your needs.
• If a guest is denied boarding by the airline/service provider or is unable to board the flight/bus/train for any reason whatsoever. In such cases there will be NO REFUND for any unutilized services of tour package.
• If immigration authorities of India or any country deny entry/exit clearance to a guest for any reason whatsoever No refund or compensation will be provided for any part of the tour not utilized due to such denial. Guest will also bear any additional costs arising from such denial, including return travel, stay, or penalties, if any.
• Flight Schedule, hotel & Itinerary Changes: All flight details, hotels, timings, date and airlines informed directly or mentioned in the itinerary are indicative and subject to change. Due to airline operational requirements, schedule changes or internal operational reasons etc, the flight, airline,hotel, date, or time may be revised. In such cases, the closest available alternative will be provided.
