Day 1 : Delhi to Bhuj by Flight

• Welcome to Bhuj!

  Meet and greet at Delhi Airport, then proceed to the airline counter for baggage submission. Upon arrival at Bhuj Airport, transfer to the hotel. Check in and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Bhuj to Dhordo (85KM - 02 Hrs)

• After breakfast, we check out from the hotel...

  After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and drive around 85 km to Dhordo. On the way, we explore the Banni and Pachcham regions, visiting Dhordo, Ludiya, and Khavda villages.

  On arrival at Rann Utsav - The Tent City, a warm welcome and smooth check-in awaits us, followed by a delicious lunch. The afternoon is free to relax or enjoy activities like Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market, Art Gallery, and live craft demonstrations. After high tea, we head to the White Rann by bus or camel cart to witness the magical sunset.

  In the evening, cultural programs and folk performances create a festive atmosphere, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the Tent City.

Day 3: Tent City, Dhordo

• The day begins with morning tea and a refreshing yoga session...

  The day begins with morning tea and a refreshing yoga session, followed by a visit to the Sunrise Point where the first light over the White Rann creates a magical view. After breakfast, the morning is free to relax or enjoy activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market, Art Gallery, and more.

  After lunch, we head for a complimentary tour to Kala Dungar, the highest point of Kutch, with a stop at the handicraft village “Gandhi Nu Gaam.” Evening tea is served during the trip. Returning to Tent City, we enjoy dinner and vibrant cultural performances before resting overnight.

Day 4: Dhordo to Bhuj Via Road to heaven (240Km - 06 Hrs)

• After breakfast, we check out from Tent City.......

  After breakfast, we check out from Tent City and first drive through the scenic Road to Heaven, a beautiful stretch offering breathtaking views. From there, we continue our journey to Bhuj. If time permits, we will cover sightseeing spots like Swaminarayan Temple and free time for shopping by self. In the evening, we return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Bhuj - Sightseeing & Departure

• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.

• For Solo/Single Traveler - If we are unable to find your room-partner / companion then you can avail package with single occupancy charges or get full refund.

• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned Passengers.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
• There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour.
• In case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels / Tour Guide.
• For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
• On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager Reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
• The above cost is valid for a minimum of two people travelling together.
• 2.5% bank charges would be levied on all payments made by credit card.
• Rates are not valid during the festivals, fairs, special events, Higher Rates will apply peak period, blackout dates, Carnival etc.
• Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
• Refund Policy - No refund if any lockdown and emergencies arise due to Pandemic or any other reason beyond our control. Flight rescheduling charges will be extra payable for future scheduled travel date.
• Service and other taxes mentioned above are as per prevailing rates from Govt of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.
• In case of any Flight Cancellation Before Departure/ No Show / Delay / which are beyond to the control of Goldenagers.in or any other changes effected by the Airlines same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part only and Refund of Flight Part will depend upon receipt of refund from Airline & Goldenagers.in does not have any liability for same.
