Original passport with validity of minimum 6 month at the time of travel and minimum 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
Two Recent passport size colored photograph with glossy finish 70% - 80% face coverage white background and without border (Size: 35mm X 45mm). Photograph should not be more than 3 months old scanned / stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering letter: from Applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to - the visa office, Embassy of Italy, New Delhi. Please note cover letter on letterhead if applicants is self-employed or on plain paper if employed.
Financials: 1: Personal ITR for last three year.
2: Original Personal bank statement for last 6 months with bank seal and signature. Bank statement should be on A4 size paper only.
3: Salary Slip for last six month
Self-employed : Company registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation.
Employed : Appointment letter / no Objection certificate from employer.
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area or sponsorship certificate (attention d'accueil) in original.

Medical: Original and copy of medical travel insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30000 Euros insurance should have the validity for at least 10-15 days more after the return to India.

AIR CONDITIONERS IN EUROPEAN HOTELS - Due to recent sustainable initiatives in Europe, many hotels are implementing measures to reduce carbon emissions. One of these measures is setting the air conditioning temperature to not drop below 23°C. In case temperature is fixed to 24 Degree considering sustainable law, we cannot make changes to this.
For Europe visa, you may need to visit VFS for biometric.
For check - in baggage per person only1 piece is allowed in airline and in coach.
Porter not available in Europe, therefore you may need to carry your own luggage in to your rooms and bring them to coach.
Washroom usages in EUROPE are or chargeable basis and normally charges EUR 1- 2 per person per usage.
The Breakfast in Europe is continental and they serve cold breakfast that means cut fruit, tea, coffee, boiled egg , bread , butter.
Sometimes, it's may happens that you will have to have your dinner before coming back to the hotel in the evening as no hotel provide Indian dinners.
They are very limited Indian restaurants in Europe.
Driver in Europe serves only 9 hrs. /day of services as per EUR union guidelines for safety of guest. Therefore time plays very important role in sightseeing. Please be on time in Europe or you may have to is some attraction. This is beyond our control.

Send us a copy of Identity, Address and Age proof. Clear scanned copy of Adhaar/Driving License/ Voters ID/ Passport is required. You must carry same with you during tour.
Pay Rs.1,50000 as 'tour booking fee' by on-line bank transfer or cheque or using payment gateway link 'Pay Advance Amount'. Kindly ask for payment receipt once payment done.
Pay balance amount 45 days before tour departure date.
After balance/Final payment received then E-voucher , E-tickets , Insurance and E-visa will be issued 72 hours prior to departure date or maybe earlier.
Note : Please note that if payment is not received as per the scheduled deadline, your booking may be subject to cancellation.
